Who cares about me? Some mornings I wake up and think that no one cares if I live or die.
If I suddenly vanished off the face of the earth it would be as if I was never here. Those are the times that I sit quietly in a corner pondering the meaning of life. Why am I here? Is there really a god? This morning is different. When I walk out the door today there will be a spring in my step and a smile on my face! Yes, I'm happy. It's not the prozac or celexa. Listen up all you doubters. It's email. Yes, that's what I said, email. Look carefully at what is being sent to you. Don't be so quick to delete those emails that you think may be a carrier of the latest virus.
Today was a ten. The first subject was that I had won 500 free business cards. I know what you are thinking. Why her and not me? I'm not sure what I'll put on them but someone cared and I'm going to let them know. I'll shout it from the rooftop if I have to. This next one brought a tear to my eye. "Learn to fall in love with Bisquick again." Looking down through the list I see I have many letters of why I'm special or why I'm your best friend. Even a few jokes that make me chuckle or as the computer set says, "lol." This is a lesson that we can all learn from. Don't envy me. Open those emails - virus or no virus. You'll find that someone really cares about you too.
